This is one of the playable characters in Star Ocean: The Last Hope. Her name is Myuria Tionysus. I'm not sure why I decided to extract the image and make a wallpaper of her. She's not my favorite character in the game. It does make me laugh at how she can't take a step without jiggling. lol
Anyway, I extracted the image, made the background and then worked in some textures and brushes. I tried going for blue but it just didn't go as well as the pink did. So I had it nearly the same, but in blue instead of pink. But I ended up totally redoing it. Total time spent, about three hours, mainly because of the color switching.
